- Manage Suspensive Clauses: Track all suspensive conditions in your Offer to Purchase (OTP), ensuring that critical deadlines are met and all required documentation is obtained on time
- Compliance & Documentation: Assist with PPRA compliance, FICA requirements, and coordination of required compliance certificates and legal documentation.
- Management of Contractors: Coordinate all contractors required to address repair and remedial items identified in compliance certificates (COCs), ensuring the property meets transfer requirements efficiently and on time.
