Sole Mandate


  • Initial Consultation: Discuss your timelines, goals, and property details.
  • Buyer Enquiries: Assist with buyer pre-qualification, review offers received and negotiate offers.
  • Offer to Purchase: Draft Offer to Purchase (OTP).
  • Negotiation Support: Provide professional negotiation assistance and guidance on offer terms and conditions.
  • Manage Suspensive Clauses: Track all suspensive conditions in your Offer to Purchase (OTP), ensuring that critical deadlines are met and all required documentation is obtained on time 
  • Compliance & Documentation: Assist with PPRA compliance, FICA requirements, and coordination of required compliance certificates and legal documentation.
  • Management of Contractors: Coordinate all contractors required to address repair and remedial items identified in compliance certificates (COCs), ensuring the property meets transfer requirements efficiently and on time. 
  • Sale Administration: Manage sale paperwork, monitor deadlines, track deposits, and liaise with conveyancing attorneys.
  • Conveyancing Attorneys: Liaising with conveyancer throughout the transaction to ensure all legal processes, documentation, and transfer requirements are managed smoothly and progress efficiently through to registration.

Administration Management Service

 We offer an administration management service tailored to support your Airbnb or short-term rental needs. This option is ideal for clients who already use booking platforms and prefer to handle on-site operations themselves - such as guest check-ins, key handovers, and cleaning - while requiring professional assistance with managing bookings, guest communication, and calendar coordination. 

  • Booking and calendar management: Handling reservations on booking platforms. 
  • Guest communication and ongoing support: Responding to inquiries, confirming bookings, and providing welcome packs and check-in instructions. 
  • We offer an adhoc service: Key exchange and guest check-in service - R400 per visit


Full-Service Management Service

Our team also manages targeted advertising and listing optimisation, ensuring your property reaches the right audience during peak holiday periods.

To help your listing stand out, we can arrange high-quality professional photos that showcase your home at its best. First impressions matter, and great visuals can significantly boost your bookings.

Minimum stay requirements apply. Photography services are charged separately.
