Bianca Anne is the Owner and Founder of BB Homes Real Estate and brings over 12 years of experience in the property industry. Having worked in Real Estate, Body Corporate and as a Property Advisor for leading Investment Banks, in both London and Cape Town, Bianca has developed a well-rounded understanding of the property market from both a local and international perspective.

Bianca is passionate about maintaining a small, boutique real estate agency that focuses on exceptional service and highly personalised client relationships, rather than a high-volume, transactional approach. Her vision for BB Homes is to provide a tailored experience where every client receives dedicated attention and expert guidance throughout their property journey.

Through her professional experience, as well as her personal journey as an investment property owner, Bianca has gained valuable insight into the realities of buying, selling, renting and managing property. These experiences have shaped her understanding of what clients truly need from a real estate professional and has ultimately inspired her to create the personalised and driven business model behind BB Homes today.

In addition to her hands-on industry experience, Bianca has also pursued formal education in the property field, through studies in Conveyancing as well as her Real Estate NQF qualification, further strengthening her technical knowledge of property transactions and the legal processes involved.
