How We Support You in Renting Your Home

SERVICE 1: 


Fee: 

5% once off fee (VAT exempt) - no recurring annual fees


For landlords who require end-to-end support throughout the rental process, without the comprehensive property management. 

 

  • Initial Consultation and Rental Valuation: Discuss your rental goals, target tenants, and property details. Assess the market to set an appropriate monthly rent. 
  • Prepare the Property: Advise on any improvements, cleaning, or furnishing to attract tenants. 
  • Professional Photography: Create a compelling listing with professional photos to advertise on major platforms. 
  • Marketing – Promote your property through online listings and agency networks. 
  • Conduct Viewings: Perform accompanied viewings and suitable tenant selection.
  • Tenant Referencing: Carry out background, credit, and reference checks to ensure suitability. 
  • Agree Tenancy Terms: Finalise rental terms including move-in date, deposit, and duration. 
  • Tenancy Agreement: Prepare and sign legally compliant contracts. 
  • Collect Deposit & First Rent Payment: Secure the deposit and initial rent. 
  • Inventory & Check-In: Document the property’s condition with the tenant and hand over keys.
  • Handover to Landlord: Monthly rent collection and management of the tenancy to be taken over by landlord.


SERVICE 2: 


Fee: 

R2,900 once off fee (VAT exempt) - no recurring annual fees


For landlords who would prefer to be involved in their tenancy process - handling viewings, choosing tenants, and managing the property themselves - but require expert support with valuation, marketing, and attracting the right applicants. 


  • Initial Consultation and Rental Valuation: Discuss your rental goals, target tenants, and property details. Assess the market to set an appropriate monthly rent. 
  • Prepare the Property: Advise on any improvements, cleaning, or furnishing to attract tenants. 
  • Professional Photography: Create a compelling listing with professional photos to advertise on major platforms. 
  • Marketing: Promote your property through online listings and agency networks. 
  • Handover to Landlord: Landlord assumes responsibility from viewings forward.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED:

Tenancy Agreement - R500 (VAT exempt)

Background and Credit Check - R200 per tenant (VAT exempt)
